I was lying in bed with my boyfriend when he suddenly put his hand up my skirt, eliciting a gasp of surprise from me. “What are you doing?” I asked him playfully.
His answer was simple but tantalizing. “I just love how your panties feel against my fingers,” he replied as he lightly ran his finger back and forth across my thigh, grazing it slightly.
I felt a rush of desire course through me as I realized what he was hinting at. His fingers moved from my thigh to the waistband of my panties, teasingly running along the outside of the delicate fabric.
He continued to explore the contours of my body, his hands finding their way to my inner thighs and oftentimes slipping underneath my panties. I felt a warmth and excitement spread throughout my body as he explored my most intimate areas.
We moved sensually together, his movements becoming more and more daring. He started to rub my panties firmly as if trying to massage my vagina through the thin cotton material.
I felt a deep pleasure radiating through me with every stroke he made. I was overcome with a feeling of deep pleasure that seemed to penetrate my very soul.
His slow, sensual movements made it feel more like a tantalizing tease than a physical act — and that’s what made it so arousing. While sex is typically a sudden explosion of sensations, this felt slow, languid, and even more intimate than intercourse.
The barrier of clothing between us heightened the anticipation, and I took the time to slowly build up my arousal until I felt almost overwhelmed with desire.
It was such a thrilling and sensual experience. His hands sent waves of pleasure through me, and the sensation of his fingers caressing my skin and exploring my most intimate areas was unbelievably erotic. I felt beyond sexy. Our sex was explosive that night.
Later, we discussed what had happened when we were clear-headed and not having sex. He told me how much he loved my panties (seeing me in them, not wearing them himself).
Understanding Panty-Lovers
There are several types of panty fetishes:
The people who like to wear them.
The people who like to watch others wearing them.
Those who love soft or specific fabrics.
Some also like to sniff panties, which can be obnoxious if they don’t have permission, but otherwise, it’s harmless.
When I was younger, I had a seventeen-year-old family member sniffing my underwear and bikinis. I think it’s part of the normal process for boys as they explore their newfound sexuality in early puberty.
Still, our family made sure he understood what he did was very wrong.
The Fabric Lovers
To understand why someone might have a panty fetish, it’s essential to look into the psychology behind it. Many people have a fetish for certain fabrics or materials, and panty fetishes are no exception.
While PVC and leather arouse some people, others are mesmerized by satin's smoothness or cotton's innocence. Others like lace and lingerie.
Panties are usually made of soft and comfortable fabrics that can feel good against the skin. A person with a panty fetish may find the feeling of the fabric stimulating, and it can become a source of pleasure for them.
The Men Who Wear Women’s Panties
Additionally, some people may find the act of wearing panties to be exciting. For some people, wearing women’s underwear can make them feel powerful and invincible. The fabric can give them a feeling of control and power, which can be a gratifying feeling.
Perhaps some feel a hint of rebellion when they wear women’s panties.
They get to play with gender-bending in a noncommittal way.
The Men Who Love to Watch Women in Panties
There may also be physical or psychological aspects to panty fetishes. Some people may be aroused by the curve of a woman’s hips or the smooth fabric of her panties.
The sight of a woman wearing panties can arouse someone on a physical level, or they may be attracted to the psychological aspect of it.
It makes sense. If a guy’s first experiences being turned on by women included women wearing panties, it’s likely that concept stuck with them.
Panties instantly translate to sexiness in their minds.
This is totally my boyfriend.
He’s a huge fan of panties and loves to see me wearing them. He especially gets excited when I wear a new pair of panties he hasn’t seen before. There’s something about the fabric and the way it frames my curves that turns him on. He loves the feel of the fabric against his skin and can’t get enough of it.
He always tells me how amazing I look and how excited he is to feel the fabric on his bare skin. It’s one of his favorite activities, and I love being able to rock his world in an unorthodox way.
It makes our sex dynamite.
The anticipation. The build-up. The intensity. All of these increase when we engage in play that accommodates his love of me in panties.
In Closing
Finally, it’s important to point out that panty fetishes are actually very common. People who have a panty fetish aren’t abnormal. They’re finding pleasure in something that’s considered unusual. Panty fetishes themselves don’t hurt anyone.
I’ve heard that 20% of men have fetishes around wearing women’s panties, and 75% of men have tried on women’s panties at some point in their life.
A 2007 study published in the International Journal of Impotence Research showed that 12% of people had an underwear fetish. No one really knows. It hasn’t been studied much, but it very much should be.
It’s a prevalent fetish, and it’s completely harmless in itself. As long as the individual involved is comfortable with it, there’s no reason to feel embarrassed or ashamed.
